Ali Day, the greatest ironman of all time, aims for his tenth title but his body is older and a field of competitors are desperate to beat him, including the young gun Conner Maggs. Lana Rogers is the reigning women’s champion, but can she conquer the fear of collapsing as she did in the 2021 race, to win a third time?
