Fanboys opened in ninth place with 146,000 units and $2.05 million in sales, which is strong given its limited release.

Another TV on DVD release, Friday Night Lights - The Third Season placed 16th with 79,000 units / $1.51 million.

Compared to DVD, this represented 10.5% of total sales, and 14% of the top 20 comparison.
As for the best selling Blu-ray, it was Valkyrie, which sold an estimated 220,000 units, while last week's number one release, Taken, slipped to second place with 160,000 units.
