Synopsis
Hedy Lamarr was one of, if not the most beautiful movie star of the 1930s and 40s but she was also a scientist and inventor who perfected a radio system to throw Nazi torpedoes off course during WWII. Her work, which is now considered the basis for bluetooth/cellphone technology was so undervalued at the time that at the end of her life she was a recluse, impoverished and virtually forgotten.
